Delivery Policy

All our products are digital keys delivered instantly via email. There is no physical shipping involved.

Most keys are delivered within 5–15 minutes after payment. During peak times, delivery may occasionally take up to 1 hour. The digital key and activation instructions will be sent directly to your email address.

You can also view your purchased keys at any time by logging into your account on our website.

Refund Policy

Digital keys are virtual goods. Once a key has been revealed or used, it is non-refundable.

If you have not yet used or viewed your key, you may contact us for a full refund.

If your key does not work as expected, please reach out to our support team — we will provide a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.

How to Verify Your Key

1. Open Settings → Update & Security → Activation on your Windows PC.

2. Click “Change product key” and enter the key you received.

3. If activation is successful, you will see “Windows is activated” with a digital license confirmation.

Common Error Codes & Solutions

0xC004F074 — Your device cannot connect to the activation server. Check your internet connection and try again.

0xC004C008 — The key may have already been used on another device. Contact our support for a replacement.

0xC004F050 — Invalid product key. Double-check the key for typos. If the issue persists, contact us.

0x803F7001 — Windows license not found. Try activating via Command Prompt: slmgr /ipk YOUR-KEY then slmgr /ato
