- Receive your account: After payment confirmation, check your email for the Microsoft 365 login, temporary password and setup guide.
- Sign in and secure it: Visit www.office.com, sign in with the supplied details, confirm access and change the temporary password.
- Install the apps: Select “Install apps” or “Install Microsoft 365”, then follow Microsoft's instructions for your device.
- Start using Office: Open Word, Excel or another included app and sign in with the same account. You can stay signed in on up to five devices at once.

Installation and account support
If sign-in or installation does not work, email WinProKeys with your order number and the exact message shown on screen. We provide lifetime installation help for this order. If a verified account issue covered by the 3-year warranty cannot be resolved, we will arrange a replacement or refund under the site policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a product key?
No. This is a Microsoft 365 Personal account with Office activation included. You receive a login email and temporary password, not a product key.
Can I use it on Mac?
Yes. Microsoft 365 works on compatible Windows PCs, Macs, iPhones, iPads and Android devices.
How many devices can I activate?
You can install Microsoft 365 on your compatible devices and stay signed in on up to five devices at the same time.
Will I receive it instantly?
Account details are sent to your checkout email after payment confirmation. Delivery is normally fast; also check your spam folder.
Can I reinstall Office later?
Yes. Sign in again with the provided Microsoft account and download Microsoft 365 on a compatible device.
Do I need to change the password?
Yes. Change the temporary password immediately after your first successful sign-in.
Can I share the account?
No. Microsoft 365 Personal is for one person only and the supplied account must not be shared.
What does lifetime support mean?
It means WinProKeys will continue to help with installation for this order. It does not mean the Microsoft 365 subscription is advertised as lifetime. Verified account issues are covered for 3 years.
What if sign-in or installation fails?
Email us before opening a dispute. Include your order number and the exact error. We will troubleshoot promptly and arrange a replacement or refund when a covered issue cannot be resolved.
